For guest cancellation or no-show, New Year advance payments are non-refundable and group advances for bookings above 10 guests are non-refundable. New Year and group/private reservations commit vessel capacity, catering or an exclusive slot. Any additional cancellation charge, up to the confirmed booking total, must be expressly disclosed and accepted in the written quotation; no amount may be recovered twice. Regular individual bookings follow the selected package cancellation terms. These guest-cancellation rules do not remove refunds or remedies required by UAE law, including operator cancellation or failure to provide the agreed service.
