Payment arrangements
New Year bookings require 100% payment in advance; groups above 10 guests require 25% advance. Available payment methods are shown on your private booking page after you accept the displayed package and booking terms (or a written quotation for custom bookings). Bank transfers require verification against the company account; card payments use the configured secure hosted payment provider. A transfer screenshot or a successful browser redirect is not verified payment. The team issues a receipt after verification. Any balance and deadline must be stated in the written confirmation. Do not pay an unverified recipient. Submitting this form is not a payment, seat guarantee or confirmation. A confirmation PDF is issued only after reservations verify payment and availability.
Cancellation & booking terms
For guest cancellation or no-show, New Year advance payments are non-refundable and group advances for bookings above 10 guests are non-refundable. New Year and group/private reservations commit vessel capacity, catering or an exclusive slot. Any additional cancellation charge, up to the confirmed booking total, must be expressly disclosed and accepted in the written quotation; no amount may be recovered twice. Regular individual bookings follow the selected package cancellation terms. These guest-cancellation rules do not remove refunds or remedies required by UAE law, including operator cancellation or failure to provide the agreed service. Agreed compensation remains subject to competent court or authority review. Changes require written approval.
New Year: 100% advance. Groups above 10 guests: 25% advance. New Year group bookings follow the New Year requirement. Applicable advances are non-refundable on guest cancellation or no-show, subject to UAE statutory rights.
