How do I book a dinner cruise?

Message us on WhatsApp with your preferred cruise, package, date and number of guests. The reservations team will confirm availability and boarding details.

Where do the cruises board?

Water Canal: Al Jaddaf Marine Station, near Palazzo Versace Dubai. Dubai Marina: Dubai Harbour, Gate No. 3. Dubai Creek: Al Seef Street, Bur Dubai, near London Dairy / Courtyard Marriott. Our team will share the exact boarding pin when confirming your booking.

How long is the dinner cruise?

Regular Water Canal cruises: 2 hours. Marina: 90 minutes at 7 PM; 2 hours at 9 PM. Creek: 2 hours. The New Year’s Eve experience is a separate 4–5 hours event.

Is there a child rate?

Child prices and seating depend on your selected cruise. Please confirm the applicable child policy with our reservations team.

How much advance is required?

New Year: 100% advance. Groups above 10 guests: 25% advance. New Year group bookings follow the New Year requirement. Applicable advances are non-refundable on guest cancellation or no-show, subject to UAE statutory rights.

When is my booking confirmed?

Your request is saved first. Reservations verify your quotation, available vessel/deck and required payment, then issue your booking confirmation. A request alone does not reserve seats.
